The Village of Blue Mountain is located on the panhandle of Florida, 30 minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport in Panama City and VPS airport in Fort Walton Beach.   Boasting of the highest elevation on the Scenic 30A Corridor, Blue Mountain Beach is snuggled in between and is only minutes away from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach to the East and close to Sandestin, Destin & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest outdoor  shopping malls in the United States, to the West.

Come enjoy the beautiful Beaches of South Walton in this brand new, ground-level, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, decorated with a colorful flair of beach decor.  This beach suite comfortable sleeps 4, one bedroom containing a large king-sized bed, the other a queen bed.  There are also a couple of inflatable mattresses for the little ones if needed.  It has a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and comfortable living room, patio, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.  Also available for your use while here are some beach chairs and umbrellas.

The Village of Blue Mountain community has a large, beautiful pool with lots of space for relaxing, free WIFI, a fitness center and 6 shuffleboard courts! Blue Mountain Beach public Beach access is a short walk or bike ride or you can also make the short drive to the beach access where there’s free parking, showers, and restrooms.  Golf Cart and bike rental deliveries right to your door make your stay complete!

Within walking distance: Try some homemade ice cream at The Blue Mountain Creamery, organic delicacies at La Loba’s Bakery, Health foods and organic, locally-grown produce at For the Health of It, a pint of Guiness and pizza at McTighe’s Irish Pub, try two new restaurants: Marie’s Bistro and Nick’s Seafood Restaurant.  You will also not want to miss Basmati’s Asian Cuisine’s Happy Hour.

About a half mile to the west you will find a combined commercial/residential community called Gulf Place. It contains bike rentals, shops, restaurants, spa club, beach bar, wine bar, artists’ colony, and an open lawn area for the kids and dogs to roam. It is a very popular gathering spot for both locals and vacationers.

Seaside is a picturesque community about 3.5 miles to the east of Blue Mountain Beach. The town is known for its simple yet elegant architecture, art galleries, a chapel, book store, shopping, restaurants, and outdoor amphitheater.

Connecting all the beach communities on the Scenic 30-A corridor is an 18-mile bike path that carries the nature enthusiasts past Old Florida with protected wetlands, State Parks, nature trails and the Coastal Dune Lakes that are geographically unique to our area. If you don’t have a bike there are nearby rental shops like Big Daddy’s Bike Shop which is in walking distance of this condo and they will deliver to your front door!

Let not forget the fishing! With the bay nearby you can fish fresh or saltwater for redfish, bluefish, tarpon, spanish mackerel, amberjack, grouper, red snapper, speckled trout, pompano, black drum, cobia, and dolphin.

For the golf enthusiasts out there you can play 18 holes at Hombre Golf Club, Panama City Beach, FL, Camp Creek, Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, Kelly Plantation, The Links at SanDestin, and Windswept Dunes, just to name a few.
