Come enjoy the beautiful Beaches of South Walton in this brand new, 2nd floor, 4 bedroom/3 bath condo, sophisticatedly decorated with upscale furnishings. This beach getaway sleeps 8-10, two bedrooms containing a large king-sized bed, one bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds perfect for the kids.  It has a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and comfortable living room, balcony, and a stackable washer/dryer.  The community has a large, beautiful pool with lots of space for relaxing, a fitness center and 6 shuffleboard courts! Blue Mountain Beach public Beach access is a short walk or bike ride or you can also make the short drive to the beach access where there’s free parking, showers, and restrooms.

The Village of Blue Mountain is located on the panhandle of Florida, just 30 miles from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. Only minutes away from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach to the East and close to Sandestin, Destin & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest outdoor  shopping malls in the United States, to the West.Within walking distance: Try some homemade ice cream at The Blue Mountain Creamery, bike rentals at Big Daddy’s, organic delicacies at La Loba’s Bakery, Health foods and organic, locally-grown produce at For the Health of It, a pint of Guiness and pizza at McTighe’s Irish Pub, or grab a bite at the newly opened Trabeche’.

About a half mile to the west you will find a combined commercial/residential community called Gulf Place. It contains bike rentals, shops, restaurants, spa club, beach bar, wine bar, artists’ colony, and an open lawn area for weddings, concerts, as well as the perfect spot for the kids and dogs to roam. It is a very popular gathering spot for both locals and vacationers.

Seaside is a picturesque community about 3 miles to the east of Blue Mountain Beach. The town is known for its simple yet elegant architecture, art galleries, a chapel, book store, shopping, restaurants, and outdoor amphitheater.

Connecting all the beach communities on the Scenic 30-A corridor is an 18-mile bike path that carries the nature enthusiasts past Old Florida with protected wetlands, State Parks, nature trails and the Coastal Dune Lakes that are geographically unique to our area. If you don’t have a bike there are nearby rental shops like Big Daddy’s Bike Shop which is in walking distance of this condo and they will deliver to your front door!

Let not for forget the fishing! With the bay nearby you can fish fresh or saltwater for redfish, bluefish, tarpon, spanish mackerel, amberjack, grouper, red snapper, speckled trout, pompano, black drum, cobia, and dolphin.

For the golf enthusiasts out there you can play 18 holes at Hombre Golf Club, Panama City Beach, FL, Camp Creek, Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, Kelly Plantation, The Links at SanDestin, and Windswept Dunes.

    The design of this condo was unreal. We went here for a girls weekend, and it was such a delight to see all of the girl’s faces as they piled into this incredibly adorable home. Having two king beds was awesome, and the bunk beds worked out perfect for having such a big group as we did. The location was great – not too far from the beach at all. We ended up walking one night and it took no time at all. I was so glad we found this property when we did. Anne did all she could to help us have an enjoyable stay, and a comfortable ride in and out of the city. Both Anne & the condo really made this past weekend one we will never forget.

    “We were a group of 10 people escaping from Hurricane Irma and we found this beautiful place and stayed there for 3 nights. The house was very clean, beautiful, and had all we needed to have a great time in Santa Rosa beach. It was very close to the beach (10-15 minute walk), and the neighborhood was very clean, quiet and peaceful. There was a nice swimming pool as well as a gym in the community. We had great communication with the host before and upon arrival, and whenever we needed help with anything she was available. I totally recommend this place for anyone who would like to enjoy the city and Santa Rosa beach.”
