"We had a truly awesome experience! The views were breathtaking from the balcony - spectacular sunsets over the Gulf. The decor was obviously professional and warmly inviting. The three flat-screen TVs and DVD/CD/MP3 player were a big hit with my daughter and her friends. The beds were cozy and very plush. We enjoyed relaxing by one of the five beautiful pools and ordering food and drinks from the onsite restaurant, which was as good as or better than that of the other local restaurants. Also, there were extra amenities like a golf course and fitness room. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops were also a great plus. It is a gated community and is perfect for families or professionals who seek relaxation and family fun without the chaos of some "Spring Break" destinations. I highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed!"

From the minute you enter the door you recognize the warm and inviting furnishings our unit has to offer. The condo has nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, self cleaning oven and built in microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with blender, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, cookware, plates, and silverware.

The dining area has a bar with three bar stools and table with six chairs for total seating of nine.

The living room features a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa with accent pillows along with a cushioned wicker chair. The large coffee table sits atop a beautiful area rug. For your viewing pleasure, a 42" LCD Flat Screen TV with surround sound is offered. A DVD and CD player are also available.

The master bedroom features a large eight foot sliding glass door which provides private access to the balcony offering a romantic view of the sunset or late night star gazing. This large bedroom has a relaxing king size sleigh bed with a Jamison pillow top mattress. A 20" LCD Flat Screen TV sits atop the spacious full length dresser along with a separate closet for hanging clothes. The master bath features a double vanity, garden tub and a separate shower.

The guest bedroom features a cozy queen size bed with a Jamison pillow top mattress with side tables and lamp. The room also includes a 19" LCD Flat Screen TV. The bedroom has a private access to the common bath as well as a separate closet.

Other features are a separate laundry room with a stackable Whirlpool washer and dryer.
