Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the community pool and lavish landscape to the gate and walkway leading to wooden boardwalk over the dunes to the beach which is approximately 35 yards away.  Master bedroom with king size bed, recessed bunks in hallway and sleeper sofa in living room makes this attractive unit perfect for a small family. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Ample parking. No pets allowed in unit or in complex. No smoking. We cater to family groups and cannot accept reservations for vacationing students or anyone under 25 years of age – i.e., no spring breakers!
